Every finding cites the moment it came from.[1]
Every recording arrives transcribed, speakers labelled and searchable. Ask the assistant a question and every sentence of its answer ends in the participant and second behind it.
30 study-days free. No card.
A citation reads like [P04 06:12]: participant 4, six minutes and twelve seconds in. Press it and the recording plays from there. Analysis comes with every study and is never sold separately.
A finding nobody can check is an opinion.
So the assistant shows its evidence. Ask where people hesitated at payment and each finding ends in the moments it came from. Press one and the session plays from that second.
If it can't find evidence, it says so instead of guessing.
Where did people hesitate at payment?
Searched 12 transcripts in Checkout usability round. 31 moments matched
Three places, all on the payment step:
- Seven of the twelve paused at “Save this card for next time”, and most unticked it. Nothing on the page says whether Larkspur or the shop keeps the card.
- Four went back to the basket to find the delivery cost before typing any card details.
- Three lost the Pay button when the keyboard opened for the security code.
Playing Participant 4 at 06:12
A theme says who disagreed.
“7 of 12 participants” comes with the quotes behind it and the one participant who said the opposite. Counter-evidence is cited the same way as support.
Themes drafted by the assistant are labelled as drafts until a researcher edits them.
Five sessions, one 2:40 reel.
Select a line in any transcript and it becomes a highlight with its tags. Pick highlights from across sessions and they play as one reel, captions on, ready for the debrief.
Nobody scrubs through twelve hours of video to find the moment everyone mentioned.

The rules the assistant works under.
- Every claim the assistant makes cites a session and a second, and a claim it can't cite is rejected before you see it.
- It never overrides a measured result: a task success rate, a SUS score or a D-score is computed, not written.
- You can switch it off for any workspace, and transcripts from that workspace are never sent to a model.
- We never train models on your data, and neither does Anthropic, which runs the model.
Stroop is the all-in-one research and testing platform. Run usability tests, prototypes, surveys, tree tests, diaries and IATs in one study, and get results back transcribed, scored and charted, with every finding linked to the session it came from.
Where data is processedQuestions
Does the assistant make things up?
- It can be wrong, which is why every claim carries its citations. Each one names the participant and the second, and pressing it plays that moment, so checking a finding takes seconds. Output with an uncited claim is rejected and regenerated. The assistant drafts; you decide what goes in the report.
What does analysis cost?
- Nothing on top. Transcription, highlights, reels, the assistant and share pages come with every day rate, so a recorded study is still $9 a day while it's live. Nobody needs a seat to read a share page.
Where does the AI processing happen?
- Transcripts and questions go to Anthropic (Claude) for processing. Anthropic doesn't train on them, and neither do we. Switch AI off for a workspace and nothing from it is sent. Highlights, tags and reels you make by hand keep working.
Can the client see the raw recordings?
- Only what you put on the share page. A participant who didn't agree to share with the client is kept out automatically: their clips can't go into a reel or onto a share page.
